Livesey Residence in the Spring and Winter
Livesey Residency
The Low Season Livesey Residency is made possible by the generosity of the Livesey Family. This invitational residency allows artists, scholars, writers, and creatives of all kinds, to live and work in a beautiful and secluded home on Block Island during the Low Season.
This new initiative allows us to invite at least two artists per season. The house features two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a small basement studio space. There are no fees to attend the residency, but we welcome donations to help sustain the program. While there is not an open call for this residency, we appreciate recommendations for residents who would thrive in this environment.
